At Corato Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
As we operate with international suppliers, returned items may need to be shipped to our international fulfillment center.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time may take between 2–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue. We will evaluate the case and provide an appropriate solution.
Important Notes
Items showing signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping times may vary due to international logistics and customs processes.
Refusing delivery without contacting our support team first may affect refund eligibility.
